Participation Rule

At its 2009 Summer Board Meeting, Minnesota Hockey replaced its Residency Rule with a Participation Rule, effective for the upcoming 2009–2010 Season. Association participation will now be based on school attendance rather than residency. Please read the entire rule, which is posted below.

Click on the link below to print off the One-Time Participation Form. This form is for players who go to school outside the WHA boundaries who wish to remain skating with our association. It is only for players who played for WHA last year. New players do not qualify for this option.
